Don’t do it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, amenities and deceivingly cute
Cons:
MICE INFESTATION - HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
Advice to owner:
Having the super live in the Bronx is not helpful. They should at least be in the neighborhood to be able to help with problems. Also, have a super that doesn’t blame the tenants for all the problems that are clearly not their fault, and that is truthful to management about what they do and how often they visit the building.
