Fine, just fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
One bedroom is perfect for one person, you outlive it with two. Great location. Good price. Live in super.
Cons:
Walls are thin. Pandemic has just made everyone spend too much time at home and can hear everything. Cockroaches, but that’s New York. Live in Super isn’t the most accessible.
