Perfect Solo Studio

Pros:
The studio was newly renovated with modern touches. The layout and storage was fantastic considering it being a studio. I had a foyer area, separate kitchen, with 2 closets and 2 storage cubbies. And W/D in building. Big wins in the West Village! Amazing natural light and tall ceilings/windows.
Cons:
The property manager was terrible to communicate with- always making you feel like a problem. My radiator was broken and at temp went down to 58F in the apartment at one point mid winter and he kept saying I was being dramatic. They ended up having to replace the full radiator, as it was in fact broken.
Advice to owner:
Delivery on communication can be finessed to a professional level.

-Location -Cleanliness of building -Quality of apartments (good renovations, wood floors, etc)
Cons:
Sometimes hard to reach management
