Rude brokerage, good location, needs some updates

Great building, great people, great location

Pros:
Everyone in the building is very nice. The super and building management are responsive and keep the building nice. They also drop packages at your door to reduce the chance of theft.
Cons:
We have had some roach issues in the summer, but the building does work to get it under control.
Advice to owner:
Nothing - doing great. Wouldn't change anything
