Decent apartments, nonstop construction
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decently sized apartment units, updated amenities in some units, exposed brick features, and wonderful live-in super
Cons:
This building has been under massive construction for years nonstop with absolutely no end in sight. This isn’t run of the mill construction - it is floor vibrating construction at insanely high decibel levels from 8:30a until 5:30p. Working from home is impossible (which is a necessity in post- COVID NYC.) Half of the apartments are vacant for this reason and very hard to fill. If you run into a neighbor in the building who is still there, you will undoubtedly share war stories at how unbearable the noise and chaos is of this building.
