Great community of neighbors nestled in the heart of West Village
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors and staff are fantastic. Rental units include modern finishes, complimented by the building’s pre-war era charm.
Cons:
First floor common area could use an upgrade, however it’s maintained and cleaned regularly. Renters also do not have access to the rooftop deck and garage parking (only co-op owners).
