Great neighborhood West Village
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, feels safe for a single woman, elevator access, large bedrooms
Cons:
On site maintenance is not responsive, some units updated, some are not, elevator is slow and old
Advice to owner:
Building maintenance should be more responsive in order to keep things running smoothly
