Did not fix my mouse problem which was recurrent throughout the entire year and 5-6 times they'd claimed to solve the problem. Lack of responsiveness to pest and plumbing complains They raised my rent 700 despite renting the same layout for my original rent price just two months earlier when the rental market was down They made me pay a $1000 cash deposit to be second in line to review my application and would not return the money when i had sourced another apartment and the 1st application was delayed
Advice to owner:
Fix the mouse problem and water faucets

Pros:
Loved the location of the apartment.
Cons:
Extremely small and dark apartment - it was facing a wall so we got no sunlight. Also had a roach problem. Building had 1 trash bin in the basement so the garbage was not managed well.
It took 2 months for us to get our security deposit back - we had to reach out MULTIPLE times to get any responses.

In unit washer dryer, nice appliances but a little small,
Cons:
One of the bedrooms didn’t have a window, we had a mouse issue for a few months that never seemed to get resolved (kept catching and finding more). Landlord didn’t do much for a while beside provide more traps. Rent was increased by over 50% from year to year
Advice to owner:
Provide better system for package deliveries to building so not all packages are collecting by stairs, better recycling system.
