Location almost makes up for mgmt company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, nice units, but the cons outweigh this
Cons:
TERRIBLE landlord. Impossible to reach, and when you finally do he is rude, patronizing, and threatening. Would let employees into my unit without warning or permission. Attempted to flip my unit for the new tenant while I still had weeks left on my lease. Literally threatened us on the phone and forbade us from speaking to him again. All around corrupt — give him a quick google: Leor Sabetfard
Advice to owner:
Stop doing illegal things

Owners are slum lords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, was spacious before conversion
Cons:
Ownership doesn’t care about tenants and gutted building while tenants suffered, and left them no choice but to move out. They refused to refund deposit. They only care about making money.
Advice to owner:
Have some common human decency, instead of breaking laws.
