Fair pricing, new units are great,

Great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super clean. Most of the apartments in the building have been modernized by owner. Building is kept very clean.
Cons:
The super is very hard to get in touch with. No cell phone number is given out so it’s hard to communicated with the husband : wife team. Dealing with ownership is similarly difficult - and cumbersome. Also the door entry intercom device is old and needs to be replaced to a more modern one.
Advice to owner:
Invest in a better communication system such as building link or similar.
