    Cute building, quiet neighbors

    Pros:
    Quiet building, room faced the garden in back which was quiet and pretty
    Cons:
    garbage can build up but gets taken out daily. found a cockroach in my living room once although it was dead
    Advice to owner:
    regular pest maintenance, regular (or increased) garbage removal
