Been living here a while and…..
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, easy access laundry and trash, good amenities
Cons:
Upon renewing my lease I was informed the rent would raise around 5%… it raised 40%. That’s an additional $800. If you have ANY questions or emergencies on the weekends forget about any help. I’ve had lots of pest and rodent issues and I get absolutely no help and no call back. I was told an exterminator was going to come and it was a man with a broom? Anyways, More cons than pros with this building and the management is awful.
Advice to owner:
Provide emergency services on weekends and proper extermination services as your units are crawling with rats and roaches.
