Great apartment, not great property management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location and the apartment itself is beautiful
Cons:
The water pressure is terrible and whenever we had an issue, it would take management weeks to get back to us
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive

Negligent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice finish and appliances in unit.
Cons:
During the summer, there was no hot water for two months. The boiler is constantly being worked on. Multiple times during the winter, the building has filled up with boiler exhaust / carbon monoxide, resulting with FDNY showing up. Complete negligence on the building management to provide a safe heating system for its tenants.
