Love it here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing staff- so friendly and helpful! Love the apartment floors In unit washer/dryer Management has been one of the best in my 10+years living in NYC. Accommodating and helpful! Right by the water! Dog friendly neighborhood
Cons:
It is kind of far from the subway but the M23 bus runs frequently so can take you to the trains!

Front Desk Team are the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
As the title says, the team at the front desk are great and really make you feel safe and at home.
Cons:
The walls and floors are pretty thin so noise and smoke transfers very easily throughout the building

Quiet and clean place, but far from most things
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet with friendly staff.
Related managed, so you get some good perks
Cons:
Far from everything. You have to walk a few blocks to reach the closest subway, or major grocery store.

Hugely over priced
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff are incredible, to a man and woman they are very friendly and responsive.
Cons:
Apartment units are well maintained but feel old with the fake wood furnishings. Building is located in one of the most boring and remote parts of Chelsea (opposite a FDNY ambulance depot). Views are terrible, either overlooking that depot or directly into the windows of a neighboring building. The amenities are very underwhelming given the price, especially compared with cheaper nearby buildings in Hudson yards.
Advice to owner:
Invest in better amenities

Don't waste your $
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are nice, Jesus is a jackass
Cons:
Rip off, amenities suck, walls are cardboard, you'll hear neighbors farting. Spiders and silverfish. Can't open windows without a million mosquitoes in summer. No views.
Advice to owner:
Get out of real estate,🖕
