Great location, decent renovations

Pros:
Apartments themselves are nice, with fixed AC units and silent radiators. Appliances are fairly modern and work well. Location is amazing.
Cons:
Hot water breaks often and can take a day or two to be fixed.

Incredibly over priced. No amenities. Pest and mouse infestation. Packages stolen from building consistently
