Avoid Building & MD Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, size of apartment
Cons:
Owner and management are some of the worst people. They do not care about fixing the boiler so the residents can have heat and hot water. Horrible roof leaks. They do not care about residents or taking care of the building whatsoever.
Advice to owner:
Avoid any property owned by Michael Daniel or managed by MD Management.
