Unsafe living environment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units have large windows
Cons:
The carpet in the building is filthy. Management is very unresponsive and won’t acknowledge the security issues with unsolicited entrants. General upkeep of the building is bad and the main door is extremely small so it’s hard to comfortably get into the building when you’re holding things.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants and invest in upkeep and security
