Nice 2-bedroom in a nice building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building with awesome staff. High ceilings, HUGE den.
Cons:
34th street kinda sucks. Also, our kitchen water quality was not great for whatever reason. Everywhere else was fine.
Advice to owner:
N/A. Everything was good.

Terrible bug situation
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building offered me a great covid deal, and I appreciated the neighbors that had been in the building for a long time. The doormen were also really nice.
Cons:
There was a serious bug infestation and I had seen multiple cockroaches in my time there. The location of the building also isn’t the best, and I think it’s a little overpriced.
