Management is horrible and don’t care about tenant safety
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location to transportation
Cons:
Junkies doing drugs and having sex in the vestibule. Unsafe living conditions. Management is unresponsive and makes empty promises about fixing issues. Buzzer doesn’t work. Hallways and stairs are dirty, they never get cleaned.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants! When you say you are going to fix something, actually do it. If you want people to move into your buildings then you have to care about our safety and well-being.
