This place will ruin your mental & physical health
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely nothing (I am not exaggerating)
Cons:
-roches, rats, carbon monoxide, lead paint, no heat, building built in 1910 and you can TELL. landlord goes by 7 different names we have tried to sue him for repairs but nothing has been done. Neighbors are all miserable.
Advice to owner:
Andrew Marin, Jack Marin, Abraham Marin, “Andrea Marino”, you took a fat page off Jared Kushners book you are a SLUMLORD.
