Try to avoid this building if you can
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only pro to this building is that it is in 10 minute walking distance to Port Authority, Penn Station, the A/C/E, 1/2/3, N/Q/R/W, and 7 trains.
Cons:
The external noise level was terrible, especially since the windows would always close. The entrance to the Lincoln tunnel is 3 blocks away so the traffic noise is always bad during rush hour and the hotel across the street has their garbage pick up between 2-3am. The street level door did not always lock, and the lock would get jammed so you didnt need a key sometimes to get in. There barely any, if any at all, pest mitigation done in the building. Nice, ants, cockroaches, etc all time of the year, especially with the building being on top of a restaurant.
