    Small and unseen.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location, GV-MP-Chelsea, all around and L gets you everywhere else.
    Cons:
    You never see building mates.
    Advice to owner:
    Add a little pizazz to the front door to take away the sterile look.
