Nice units if you’re OK with weekend noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Updated kitchen appliances, counter space, bright common area
Cons:
Super is not very friendly or available, construction happening outside, Tao downtown and PHD make for very loud weekends, crowds outside the door
Advice to owner:
Have a discussion with the super about professionalism and responsiveness (or hire a new one)
