Awful Management Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
In unit laundry, nice balconies
Cons:
Management was awful, took months to respond to maintenance requests While appliances are updated, everything feels very very cheap

Quiet neighborhood and clean apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Quiet neighborhood, very little street noise at night except for the occasional car playing loud music driving to the clubs on the other end of the block - Responsive super who fixed things quickly - Clean and finished apartment and building - Washer and dryer in unit
Cons:
- Neighbors were sometimes loud with playing music and slamming doors but not too bad - Heating units on the wall were hard to use and didn't distribute heat around apartment

Terrible Management and withholding Security Deposits
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was convenient.
Cons:
Centennial Property Management refuses to return our security deposits. We were assured these would be returned and they have delayed this process for 3 months.
Advice to owner:
Give your tenants who have paid on time and upheld the cleanliness their security deposit back. Your communication is off.

$800/mo winter electric bill
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredible location in Chelsea
Cons:
he apartment cleaned before move in, there is no heating (only electric heaters which lead to a $500+ /mo electric bill in the winter), the super is very friendly but vastly under resourced.
