Package theft by neighbors, roaches, and management who don't care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Water pressure is good, and water is included in rent
Cons:
Heating is inconsistent, lose 1 package a month, roaches outside and inside in the common areas

Package theft and unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Water pressure is good and it's close to a subway stop
Cons:
Management at this building is horrible, totally unresponsive. You can expect to lose 1-2 packages every month or so like clockwork, and management doesn't care. The cameras work and they won't use them to do something about it (the thief definitely lives in the building).
