Management is the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, elevator, WD in unit
Cons:
We had a horrible mice infestation and management refused to respond, they only sent someone after we threatened to not pay rent and report them to the city. There is no phone number or website to reach management, just a general email that no one responds to.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants

expensive with mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer dryer, good location
Cons:
The property management group is horrible, there was an infestation of mice in the building and it took forever to get them to even respond to us.

Management is awful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Chico is the best super in the city. The actual best and saving grace for everything you need and makes sure the building is as clean as possible.
Cons:
The building management are absolutely the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They knew I had multiple mice and rats in my place and sent a pest guy three weeks later. Basically completely unresponsive, short with me, and did nothing for me. This was during covid and Christmas. Did not refund me for staying in hotel, never apologized, never made sure it was resolved. I moved a month later. Thank gosh my lease was up.
Advice to owner:
Be a good person. You make enough money for how much you charge. It’s not rocket science. The building was invested and they caught over 20 and still basically told me to fuck off

328 West 19th
Former Tenant
Pros:
Chico - the super - is absolutely fabulous. He is so attentive and takes care of everything. Keeps the building extremely clean
Cons:
The management is tough to work with. They are very old school in paying rent and think they can get more rent for their apartment than they actually can.
Advice to owner:
Allow tenants to set up direct deposit to pay rent and be open to negotiate rent. These two bedrooms are really a converted 1 bed room.
