Great Location/Decent Value
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Amazing location in Chelsea between 8th and 9th Ave -Close to multiple subway lines -Great Restaurants and Night Life near by -Small building, only 6 apartments -Fairly well maintained
Cons:
-Packages got stolen numerous times -Can be noisy due to school down the road/night life/fire house on 19th and 7th…like a lot of sirens -Small bedrooms -Old building
Advice to owner:
Put a better buzzer system in…one with video so that tenants can know who they’re buzzing in.
