Spend the extra 500$ to get a Studio that is actually worth living in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, that's about it
Cons:
It's 2300$ for a studio that does not fit a bed, this is ridiculous. The in building super is rude, does not make you feel welcome, weird, and creepy. He also does not help you out. Packages get stolen all the time and the management team does not really keep the building in shape. You have to go out of your way to make anything happen in this building.
Advice to owner:
Do better
