Good first apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, ease of transportation, good restaurants, bodegas, and convenience stores
Cons:
large homeless population that sits on the steps, litters on the doors, and enters the building from time to time. Consistently an unsafe feeling living here and calling the police weekly.

BEWARE: Bed Bugs!
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Great location -Nice interior of apartment
Cons:
-The building has a long-standing problem with bed bugs that has been reoccurring for years. My unit had bed bugs 3x in 2 years. The exterminator told me the building had huge long-standing issues with bed bugs. -Management is incredibly unresponsive. Issues from move in (such as missing window screens) were never fixed even after 5+ follow ups -Management is rigid and as unhelpful as possible. Ex: we wanted to sell out A/C units to the next tenants and were told we would be charged if we left the A/C units -Homeless people are always on stoop and pee in between 2 entrance doors
