This building has an Amazing Super!

Pros:
I liked the low rent and convenient location. The live-in super is amazing. He is willing to help and works hard to keep the building clean and trash managed.
Cons:
Neighbors were loud both above and next door.
Advice to owner:
Enforce the floor covering mandates

Awesome location Relatively decent sized apartment for affordable price Responsive-ish management (you need to call to get answers/help)
Cons:
To get requests done quickly you need to call Super can be super rude/mean for no reason Occasional sketchy characters in the area on the corner Lots of street noise on the first floor Occasional package theft
