Terrible place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Tenants are all very nice
Cons:
Do not live here. Building management is non existent. 21st and 8th is disgusting and it leaks down to the front stoop (drugs, prostitution, and aggressive homeless individuals constantly throwing trash everywhere). No heat or hot water constantly. You're better off living anywhere other than here - avoid any Sabet Group properties.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively quiet street
Cons:
Where do I begin? Worst management I’ve ever experienced. Very thin walls. We’ve had several instances of no heat and hot water in the winter. Mice infestation and building didn’t provide exterminator for days. I paid for one out of pocket. The corner of 21st and 8th is scary. Building is always doing construction and walls are thin. Building not kept very clean. Stairs are loud. Management is non-responsive and truly the worst I’ve come across. Stay away from this landlord and any of his other properties.
Advice to owner:
Quit ripping off your tenants and take care of your properties.

Very poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unit itself was nice and freshly renovated. No loud or disruptive noise from neighbors or the school.
Cons:
Heat and hot water go out very frequently, with temperature dropping well below 50 degrees at night. We also had a mice issue during winter. Very loud construction during the day that’s very dusty, filling the entryway and our apartment with dust. Management is often unresponsive unless a complaint is filed with the city. Lots of drug and sex work on the 8th Avenue corner, with people sometime smoking or shooting up on the building steps.
