Super is a monster; owners don’t care

Pros:
Location is decent.
Cons:
1. Super is hostile, angry, aggressive, abusive, and management does absolutely nothing about it despite many complaints. 2. apartment was dirty when i moved in. Super refused to clean it. Shouted at me and threatened me. Showed up drunk to give me the key.
Advice to owner:
Replace Frankie and his henchmen. These guys are out of control.It makes everyone miserable.
