The owners promise everything

Pros:
My husband. Some neighbours. The location.
Cons:
Irregular heat. Irregular hot water. Regular leaks. Rats, mice. Dead rat stench. Unresponsive and dodgy management.
Advice to owner:
Stop lying to your tenants. You will keep having high turnover, which costs you money.

Nice people in building that all had to come together to survive this awful awful awful building / management company
Cons:
Management is either corrupt or totally incompetent. Words can’t describe how bad this living experience has been. Never ever ever live in this building.

Get out of the real estate business
