Horrible Cruel Building Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Okay neighborhood area
Cons:
Very rude and unresponsive building management. Have had a laundry list of issues that were ignored. Radiator racketed in the middle of the night and never really worked. Homeless people have broken in multiple times. Never ever use slate management.
Advice to owner:
Answer people’s requests. Don’t be extremely rude. Fire Latif

new renter - building under construction
Former Tenant
Pros:
location is great
Cons:
construction and rent is expensive super is not reliable
Loved loving here in Chelsea. 22nd st is amazing. Couple sketchy blocks along 8th.
Cons:
Management switched abruptly and couldn’t get a hold of new landlord for 2+ weeks. Calls, voicemails, emails - no response. Eventually they said to be out in a month because they weren’t renewing.
Advice to owner:
Communicate with new tenants.
