terrible landlord and water pressure. avoid
Former Tenant
Pros:
convenient location to penn station large unit cute vintage charm
Cons:
terrible water pressure and temperature fluctuations landlady is a control freak and impossible to deal with (takes forever to reply to messages, doesn’t let you have packages delivered when you’re not home, refuses to pay to fix issues, doesn’t have units cleaned in between tenants, insists on rent being paid via mailed check, kept ~$500 of our security deposit for made up reasons) loud due to proximity to penn station and post office felt unsafe walking home on 8th ave gas oven is difficult to light and keep lit
