Great old building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The superintendent is awesome and has been there for years. The rent is extremely reasonable (hard to come by these days I know). The owner I’ve never met but many tenants know him and everyone likes him. This building still has a community vibe, neighbors are cool.
Cons:
Laundry room is hit-or-miss, the machines are often broken. But at least there is a laundry room!
