Needs attention
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is conveniently located
Cons:
Backs up to Myers parking garage and is very noisy - they beep the horns of every car as they round the turns on each floor. They have stadium lighting that points directly into tenants apartments. The privacy screens fell down last year and for the past year and a half grey star did nothing to address it . Hoping the new management company - array will be able to make modifications for this.
Advice to owner:
Fix the screens in the back yard and make them High enough to block out the first floor- and help to reduce the noise a- Please address Myer’s parking garage stadium lighting behind the building that is angled into the apartments on the first three floors. The basement Area needs to be painted and floor Cleaned on a more regular basis
