Great apartment with good super
Former Tenant
Pros:
I was on the backside of the street, so there was no noise. Facing to the backyard and it was great. I loved there for about 8 years.
Cons:
I have a ceiling leak sometimes. But was managed by the super who lived close by.
Advice to owner:
Not much. I liked how you handled everything
