Very clean and well maintained

Quick fixes, not the cleanest

Pros:
I love the layout of my apartment and how responsive the super usually is to issues. Super is very nice! The location is incredibly convenient.
Cons:
Apartment didn't even come broom clean when we moved in. Had to scrub years of grease off the cabinets and there are still glow stars from a previous tenant stuck to the ceiling. We had three separate leaks from our ceiling, two of which were "fixed" and got worse. Near construction sites so can get loud. Neighbors from other buildings are sometimes pretty loud but that provides some very good NYC moments.
Advice to owner:
Make sure your contractors test fixes before they leave
