Pros:
Clean, no bugs or rodents whatsoever
Cons:
In a really loud area( Street traffic). Lots of crazy people right outside on the corner
Advice to owner:
Police precinct right around the corner. Maybe ask them to pay more attention to homeless presence on the corner of 37th and 9th.

Great apartments, horrible and unsafe street

Pros:
Apartments are spacious, renovated and in great condition. Lots of natural light. Affordable prices. Laundry on site
Cons:
VERY Unsafe area, unresponsive landlord, bad building security (have had tresspassers/ plenty of packages stolen) very loud 24/7.
Advice to owner:
Get a better super, increase building security and responsiveness. Address noise situation with nextdoor businesses

Loud location but nice units

Pros:
The actual apartments are nice and the heaters don’t make wild noises like in some other NYC apartments. Laundry is good.
Cons:
Neighborhood can get sketchy at night and it’s very loud, both from honking and people yelling. Landlord is helpful only sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Paint the walls a different color. The plain white is very harsh. Not sure how to fix the noise problem

Good sized apartments, up to date kitchen, nice layout, good pricing, great location
Cons:
Dirty outdoors, staircase and hallways are an eye sore, incredibly loud at all hours

Common areas clean. Regular pest control. Responsive management company. Laundry always works
Cons:
Lots of traffic on the street 24hrs. Loud neighbors above. Super rarely responds
Advice to owner:
Get a better super
