Lived on first floor; minimal bug issues

Stairway in upper floors had strange smell

Pros:
Good enough space in the apartment. Heat and water rarely, if ever, went out. Super was pretty responsive and effective at cleaning and fixing issues.
Cons:
It’s midtown Manhattan. Way too much going on at all times. A couple instances of people trespassing and creeping around in the building. So loud all the time due to outside traffic. No light in the apt we had.
