Pros:
The staff is really nice! Love having 24/7 concierge.
Cons:
The laundry room washers are tiny. You have to pay for access to the gym in the building.

Apartment’s are very beautiful,
Cons:
Concierge workers are very dismissive, disrespectful and lazy. It’s very uncomfortable walking into the front of the building. If the concierge doesn’t like you they will not acknowledge you and will avoid you. They are always in the back room hiding. Management never in the office. Don’t care about the residents safety or compliance. Constant smell of smoke. Disrespectful neighbors, Nasty neighbors. Change The whole team from management on down to the potters.
Advice to owner:
To the Property Owner, It would be in your best interest to fire the whole team and start over. Management doesn’t care, barley in the office, barely responds to complaints. Concierge is lazy. Always running to the back room to avoid doing their job. Angle, Roland and Lawrence don’t speak to the residents when entering into the building. You must speak to them first. If a residence doesn’t speak first they will not acknowledge them. They are always gossiping about other residents. They are there just money and not the job.

Cons:
Loud music a lot of cigarettes and weed smoking for a non smoking building. Nasty neighbors fighting all of the time. Management doesn’t take responsibility for their neighbors
Advice to owner:
Get more involved with the community, be very selective when doing interviews. Help the neighbors live quiet and comfortable hold tenants accountable for their actions

Friendly and hardworking building staff
Cons:
Management needs better support to remove bad neighbors. Smoke free building and people still smoke. Hallways. Smell like weed and cigarettes. Everyday is a new elevator problem. Filthy windows that are locked and there is no way to clean them, Managment offers no solutions

Do a better job for your residents
