I call this apartment the “Mouse House”
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. You really can’t beat the geography.
Cons:
Everything, genuinely. We had mice the entire time, management basically shrugged and said they’d have to take out the kitchen to find the entry point. So we moved out. I affectionately recall a mouse running under the television at one point. It was horrible. The apartment adjacent to ours had the same problem.
It’s just an old, poorly maintained property. The rent is cheap, you get what you pay for. I don’t think every unit had the pest problem.
