Beware the management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a good location, generally a quiet building.
Cons:
The management company is absolutely awful. They were impossible to get in touch with, so make sure you have to deal with them as little as possible. Also, one of the management company’s family members lives in the building, and he ~allegedly~ started a fire in early 2023 that caused extreme water damage to the building, but the management company didn’t own up to it because they were trying to protect him. Stay far away from this building, it’s not worth the hassle.
