Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Neighbors

Pros:
Friendly doormen, package service is great, quiet, nice neighbors, GREAT SUPER.
Cons:
Heat was bad in one room of the apartment. Slow elevator, leaks near elevator - has not been repaired in 2 months it's been sitting there.
