Great building with great tenants and landlords

Pros:
Larry and Resource management have been great at tending to the building and keeping tenants happy. A lot of the tenants have been living in this location for a long time because it is well tended to and in a great locations. Trash is taken out frequently and does not pile up. The exterminator works for the management and is super quick to come help with any problem.
Cons:
If there is a fix the apartment needs, it might take a day or two for them to get to it but once they do, they fix it well.

Pros:
11’ ceilings and in building laundry are prime! Neighbors are cool. Convenient package storage. Convenient online pay system. A lot of people have been living there forever, so there is a sense of community, but they don’t mind younger people.
Cons:
There were issues with the hot water heater on and off for a couple months, but that was more so the process of fixing and not to the owners not responding to a mechanical issue. It was resolved, and they were pretty communicative during the process.
