New locks on entrance mean no mail

Pros:
Location is close to transit
Cons:
They recently changed the lock on the outer door and now it remains locked all the time, which is a problem because it cuts off access to the buzzer system (which sits in between the inner and outer doors), so no one is getting mail delivered, packages are being sent back/lost, and maintenance requests and emails to the property manager go un-answered. I’ve already filed two 311 complaints to no avail. We haven’t gotten our mail in over a week.

Great location, pretty finishes, small

Pros:
The location is awesome, the pre-war finishes are great, the apartments are small.
Cons:
The stairwell is dated and the garbage outside leaves a little to be desired.
