New Year, New Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, great building, doorman and porters are very helpful and kind. No complaints on the actual building since it’s very well kept.
Cons:
High turnover in building management, current management company doesn’t notify tenants when there will be construction in building. New management (The Rose Associates) poorly manages the building and doesn’t reply to emails unless you’re negotiating your lease. Local Law 11 currently happening and there has been no updates sent out to tenants.
Advice to owner:
Beam Living was a better management company and kinder to your tenants

Building staff is amazing / office staff is dreadful
Former Tenant
Pros:
The new super is amazing, so responsive, and the building staff is outstanding.
Cons:
The main office takes FOREVER to respond to apartment issues, and then tries blaming the building staff when they miss things.
Advice to owner:
Just let the building staff run the show

Nice views and good amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern amenities in terms of kitchen appliances and bathroom
Cons:
Bathroom should have a fan, bedroom could be bigger (cannot fit a desk)
Advice to owner:
Nothing much to say!
