    No frills, Inexpensive Chelsea units
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Price point and location
    Cons:
    The bedrooms were overly flexed creating tiny bedrooms. Hallways and common spaces were dirty. Building went without heat for a while in the winter of 2021
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate the units
