Overall good experience, but with some issues.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Located on a quiet block, cheap rent for the area, great lighting in the apartment, had a working dishwasher and spacious living room and kitchen.
Cons:
This building is so old and constantly falling into disrepair in certain areas. Also, we had a big mouse problem that got unresolved for months. The landlord was responsive, but to get the super to come get anything done took some work.
